This holiday apartment on the first floor with spectacular sea views is located in a secure complex with amazing views from the spacious terrace. The apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Cancelada town and close to several golf courses.

The property consists of a living room with nice furniture, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and washing machine, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The master bedroom has its ensuite shower room and an additional dryer, The two other guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom.

It can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services (Disney+ and Netflix), heating and air conditioning throughout the property.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a big south-west facing. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (open from April until the end of October), a garden and an outdoor shower.

A parking space is available in the underground garage of the complex and free parking is available on the street. Small pets are allowed by request.

Parties are not allowed in the property and the communal rules need to be respected..
