APARTMENT IN THE FIRST LINE OF THE SEA!!!

This apartment in Benalmádena by the sea has two independent bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Big windows with views of the Mediterranean Sea light up the bedrooms and give a relaxing view. Downstairs there is a large living room with a sofa bed. It forms an open space with a dining area and spacious kitchen. It is lit up by big windows which lead to a grand terrace, equipped in furniture, where you can enjoy first line sea views and your morning coffee. There is an additional bathroom downstairs and as a resident, you'll have access to two communal outdoor pools.

The apartment has recently been refurbished. In the building where the apartment is located, there is a small bar where you can drink freshly roasted coffee every morning, and right next door, also in the estate, there is a seasonal bar "Blank Restaurant & Lounge Bar". Within 5 minutes by car, you can reach the bar "Gecko", with great sea views and a lounge area.

For little grocery shopping, there is the small supermarket "Arkwright's Supermarket Benálmadena" just outside the apartment.

The apartment is located near two amazing beaches. "Playa de Torremuelle" is in walking distance, "Playa de Carvajal" can be a reached within 5 minutes by car.

The amazing location ensures a quick drive from the airport, which is 20 minutes away by car, or 40 minutes by train.
