The beach is a 2-minute walk away. It has parking inside the urbanization. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the beach in all its splendor. Stroll along the golden sand or simply relax in the sun.

The apartment offers the following distribution:

A hall hall, with access to the living room, consisting of a large sofa, dining table and a Smart TV. The router for the Internet connection is also located. From this space we access a terrace where we can enjoy the sun.

Returning to the hall we have access to a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy your stay (blender, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, washing machine, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc...)

On the right side of the house we find 2 bedrooms. The double with en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom consists of another double bed and another bathroom for this room.

You will find spare bed linen and towels.

The community has huge tropical gardens and numerous swimming pools that you can enjoy.

All the facilities are within walking distance, just 10 kilometers away is Puerto Banús and on the other side Estepona.
