The recidential building does not have a swimming pool or garden areas, so the community fee is really low. Mijas pueblo's public swimming pool is about 1.5 km away (this summer's opening hours have not yet been decided) and all the lovely restaurants, cafes and boutiques in the center are only a few minutes' walk away.
